We have warehouses in the US and overseas, our standard shipping times will vary from 7-15 business days depending on the location of the item. Multi-item orders may be dispatched in separate packages. 

Our delivery ETA is calculated from the moment of dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-7 business days, with the exception of made-to-order items which will have a 4-10 business days processing time. 

General Return Policy

We want to make sure your purchase meets your expectations. Unused, uninstalled, non-closeout, non-final sale, and non-custom products (with the exception of area rugs, bath mats and throws) may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Read our return policy for more details.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

Returns are free for all US orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. A deduction of 12% processing fee will be applied to the final refund amount.

Original shipping fees and taxes paid are not refundable.

Customers who placed orders with our FREE SHIPPING promotion will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
