Currently, we ship nationwide within the United States, partnering with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. If an specific carrier is required for delivery, please contact us prior to your order shipping and we can help accommodate. Note that after shipping, orders cannot be cancelled or re-routed.
Processing Times: For domestic orders, processing typically takes 1-4 business days, while international orders may require 1-7 business days. Made-to-order items or large orders might take a bit longer, but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
Shipping ETA: Our standard estimated time of arrival (ETA) is between 10-15 business days, varying based on dispatch location and product specifications. For orders with multiple items, expect separate packages with individual arrival estimates.

Lost in Transit: In the event of a lost order during transit (30 days for domestic orders, 45 days for international orders), we'll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on your preference.
Lost After Delivery: We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders after delivery. We recommend Route Insurance for added protection against loss, theft, or damage post-delivery.
Replacements: In the unlikely event of a delayed or damaged item, we'll send a replacement free of charge if a claim is open within our timeframe. If it's past 30 days but within 2 months, we'll replace it but shipping costs may apply.
