Fulfillment & Shipping Origins
Letifly INC works with both U.S.-based and international fulfillment partners. Depending on product availability and destination, orders may ship from our U.S. warehouses or from our international partner facilities.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing times typically range from 1–4 business days for in-stock items and up to 7 business days for made-to-order or internationally fulfilled products.
Shipping ETA
Estimated delivery times vary depending on fulfillment location and destination. Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days after shipment. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, depending on the shipping origin and destination.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available for select products. Please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing your order for availability and pricing.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email within 24–72 hours after shipment. Customers can track their order through our tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Applicable sales tax is charged according to state and local regulations.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If an order is lost in transit (30 days for domestic shipments, 45 days for international shipments), we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the policy timeframe so we can assist you.

Optional Checkout+ by Onward protection is available at checkout for added peace of mind. This service provides coverage against loss, theft, or damage during transit and after delivery, according to the provider’s terms. Full details are available during checkout or on the provider’s website.
