General Return Policy

We accept returns for refund of unused items, non-custom & non-final sale for a period of 14 days after receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges of light fixtures that require hardwiring, textile items (rugs, bath mats & throws), furniture, oversized & overweight items.

Shipping ETA

Standard shipping times vary depending on the location of the item. Delivery ETA is calculated from the moment of dispatch. 

Processing times vary from 1-5 business days for items in stock depending on the dispatch location. Made to order and custom items can take up to 10 business days to be ready to ship.
