ORDERS & RETURNS

How can I check my order status?

After you placed an order you will receive an email with the details of your order. Please allow 2-5 days to receive tracking number. Anytime in this process you can contact us at hello@letifly.com to check your order status.

Why should I add Route insurance to my order?

We highly recommend adding Route insurance to your order, it is a hassle free add-on that for a fraction of your order cost will protect all lost, stolen or broken items. In case any of these issues occur you will be 100% covered. After adding route to your cart and placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed, please retain this email for your records.

Do you charge sales taxes?

Letifly Inc is registered to collect taxes on all orders as required by law. Please note your orders will be taxed unless we receive documentation prior to order placement that reflects a valid tax exemption. Please contact us at hello@letifly.com if you have questions.

Please note we don’t collect taxes on Gift cards. However, when the gift card is used as payment, sales taxes will be applied in accordance to applicable laws.

Prices shown ar Domestic US prices and apply to orders shipped within the United States. Prices do not include sales tax and shipping fare and are subject to change. All price errors are subject to corrections.

How do you I return or exchange an item?

Please review our return policy page for details.

What if I receive damaged or incorrect merchandise?

In the case you receive merchandise that is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance please email us with you return or exchange claim at service@letifly.com with your order number, contact information and photos of possible damages (if applicable). Keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If we are out of stock of the item you need replacement we will let you know when is back in stock or suggest you with a suitable replacement.

How can I change or cancel my order after is placed?

We can process cancellation in all orders before they have been shipped. Our shipping window is 2-5 business days. After this time has passed and order has been shipped, you would need to wait to receive your items and then process a claim.

For changes, due to our fast order turnaround and fulfillment, we can’t change an order once it’s been placed. ( Please note payment is only processed at time of shipment) If you need to change your order please contact us right away so we can accommodate you in every way possible.

What shipping options are available?

Our products are delivered using front door parcel delivery to your delivery address. At this moment we do not offer expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico, Canada and France.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

Please click on the link at the bottom of you email to remove yourself from our mailing list. This process can take 3-5 business days.

Do table lamps need assembly?

Your table lamp comes ready to use with minimal assembly needed.

Do cushions come with filling?

How do you ship Wall art?

All wall art is shipped rolled, wrapped with bubble wrap, and encapsulated on a plastic shipping tube. If you have any issues with your artwork due to packing issues please contact us at hello@letifly.com

Are ceramic items protected when shipping?

Yes, all our ceramic is protected with bubble wrap and foam fillers and packed in size appropriate boxes.
